Board of Commissioners

The oversight and governance of WCHA is the responsibility of a five-member citizen commission appointed by the Walworth County Board of Supervisors. They are responsible for formulating WCHA policy and are committed volunteers that bring an array of knowledge to WCHA.

The WCHA Board of Commissioners consists of:

• Kevin Fleming – Board Vice Chairperson
• Jean Carroll
• David Barnett
• Selena Proksa

The WCHA holds their full Board Meetings the third Thursday of every month. The meetings are open to the public unless a topic requires a closed session, which will be indicated on the agenda ahead of time. Agendas will be available by the Monday before the meeting. At this time, for health and safety reasons due to COVID-19 the meetings will be conducted by teleconference. The meeting call-in number will be on the agenda, and the password will be available by contacting the Executive Director.
