Town Hall Apartments

The Town Hall Apartments are owned by the Walworth County Housing Authority (WCHA). These apartments operate with funding provided by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC).

The Town Hall Apartments are located at the intersection of Town Hall Road and Prairie Drive in the Town of Delavan. This property is adjacent to the Town of Delavan Police Department and Town Hall complex all within a couple of blocks from Delavan Lake.

Our community offers two and three bedroom units with the following amenities: appliances, air conditioning, private entrance, playground, picnic pavilion, laundry room, storage, off street parking and a full-time on-site manager. Along with monthly rent, tenants are responsible for paying gas and electric utility services.

Prospective tenants must meet eligibility criteria as outlined by the LIHTC guidelines for Walworth County and WCHA.

All property oversight, maintenance and tenant relations are handled by MPC Property Management, LLC.
